MINISTRIES
Men
The men at Bethlehem are great cooks and are often found in the church kitchen cooking for large or small goups. Their generous donations of time and effort have been a real blessing to so many organizations in the church and outside the church. All proceeds made at their various events goes to missions.
They support Samaritan's International every month and also help support individuals in the area when needed.
Annually the men enjoy weekend trips that give them a time of relaxation, an exciting challenge and great fellowship. For the past two years, they have gone canoeing on the Nolichucky River in the mountains of North Carolina.
Closer to home, the men have events that include the entire church for fun and fellowship. This past September they held their first FISHING TOURNAMENT where all the kids and adults enjoyed a morning of fishing at Arlin Mosley's pond followed that evening with a church-wde Fish Fry. In November, they have their annual Chili Cook Off.
Whether working at the Homeless Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, feeding the Parkwood High School Football team, or fellowshipping together, the men at Bethlehem have a heart for serving their Lord and helping those around them.
